I have worked with loads of different agencies for nearly 14 years, many are sharks tho' I have done well through quite a few. However Redbox is the only agency I have come across that I 100% trust. They are genuinely nice, caring and supportive people and that makes such a difference to life as a supply teacher. Other agencies have such a high turnover of staff who are always leaving - whereas with Redbox consultants there is a consistency - and being a smaller agency they know you better and understand the kind of roles that suit you. Their schools are also really nice - I don't know how they manage it but they seem to attract schools where the behaviour is usually good! Can't recommend them enough.

Red Box are amazing! I came to London in 2016 having signed with other agencies who didn't deliver on promises, left me with no work, didn't communicate or answer my phone calls and I was left feeling very demotivated. Then I gave Red Box a call. I met Hayley on the Friday and had a week's work lined up for the next week, which included a trial day at another school. I have just secured a contract at that school having worked there through Red Box for three years. I wouldn't be where I am without them. They're personable; you feel like you are talking to a good friend not an employer. They will do everything they can to accommodate you and make you feel at ease. They communicate constantly making sure you're happy with placements. They make you feel valued and appreciated, which for me really set them apart from other agencies. I wouldn't hesitate to work for them again in the future. I wouldn't work for any other agency. They're that good. Thank you Hayley and Dee for your support, morale boosting and just being amazing people.

I was with Redbox 7 years ago and got a wonderful permanent teaching position through them. I have just rejoined them as I want a change in my work life. I chose to go with them again based on my past experience. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They do their best to find a school for you which will suit your teaching philosophy. They have the personal touch and I like that very much. I would recommend them very highly indeed.

I have been working with Red Box for over 5 years. They have been simply brilliant. I used to be a secondary Maths and Physics teacher. The transition to primary has been seamless and amazing. If you want to experience the best practice in Primary then Red Box is the agency for you. I also appreciate dealing with the same great people on a day in day out basis.

Returning from an overseas position in Viet Nam, I registered with more than one agency to hedge my bets, but I found Red Box to be the most helpful, most honest and genuine. I have been working with Red Box for just under a year now. I cannot sing enough praise for Hayley and Dee. They are always so helpful in finding me work in schools I know and like as well as block bookings when I want them. Don't go anywhere else. If you're looking for work in London you MUST go to Red Box.

They are an amazing agency. A very genuine group of amazing staff. Very easy to get hold of. No chasing after them like other agencies. In my 3 years with them have never had any problems with them. All payment is Always on time. If you ever have any queries they answer quickly. They are very understandable. They don't try force you to go to places you don't want to go. Their pay rate is good. They give a good amount of work (usually beginning and end of term is quite slow but that's to be expected) overall I highly recommend this agency. I've joined quite a few agencies and none of them come close to redbox in term of how easy they are to work with. Everyone I have met through red box have said how wonderful they are aswell. So if your looking for agencies, join this agency!

This is my second stint working with Redbox and I have had regular work since joining them in March 2019. They offer the personal touch and listen to your wants and needs. Wherever possible they book you in advance or call you early enough to get to schools for last minute bookings. All of the schools have been easy to get to by bus, tube or walking. They have some excellent schools on their books and can find you day to day work, short or long term placements full or part time. Definitely the best teaching Agency in London.

I've had a great experience with Redbox, after registering I was quickly offered a full time position in the year group I wanted in a school literally around the corner from me. The team at Redbox were particularly understanding when I needed to take a couple of days off.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. Simply cannot recommend this agency enough. Not only do they always have your back, they do thier very best to find you work every single day. The team are soooo friendly, professional and reliable - The trio in excellent management. I will always fall back on them no matter what. Very trustworthy company i cannot recommend them enough. I’ve worked with Redbox for several years and they’re the best agency I’ve been with. They listen to what type of work you’re actually looking for, without bombarding you with unsuitable posts. The text system works really well and whenever I’ve needed to get in touch they always get back to me quickly. They’ve always given me work in my preferred age group and I really like the schools they send me to.
