Forward Teaching has been great! They found me work right away. They also found my current placement and negotiated with the school a part time work week (I have a young son). Lottie and her team and compassionate and caring and really try to find the best fit for you and the school. They are always available for questions and support during your placement. Great Agency.

Lottie and the team at Forward Teaching have been excellent at finding me regular supply teaching. Communication is prompt and they have endeavoured to find supply roles that meet my specialisms and preferences. I have had a very positive experience working with Forward Teaching and they have surpassed my expectations of what an agency would do to help me to move on in my career. I was fortunate enough to be recommended Forward Teaching, particularity Lottie, by a Head Teacher and I couldn't ask for any more! Lottie took on board my preferneces, skills and experience and helped me to quickly secure a fantastic role in a Special Needs Setting which was exactly what I was looking for! I am continuing to work with Lottie into the New Year to gain wider experience in different settings and can't fault her approachable nature and proffesionalism. Lottie's input has helped me to make what could have been a daunting transition from mainstream to SEN feel seemless and even more exciting!

I can't big up Forwardteaching enough, particularly Lottie who helped me out massively! She made finding a job and my move to London super easy and way less daunting than I had anticipated. Over the summer when I was abroad she set me up ready with interviews for when I got back and kept constant contact. Within the first week I had managed to secure a job in the role I wanted after a really useful pre-interview meeting with her. She has since kept in contact to check I am happy and settled within my new job which is the perfect bonus when moving somewhere you know no one/not much about!

Excellent Communication from the start , very professional and personable service, found me a long term TA position in Lambeth which I have been doing a few weeks and its a great fit. I contacted Forward Teaching to find me a special needs support role, within a week they secured me a few interviews and I secured a role in a school in Wandsworth. Very happy with the personable service and also how they listened to my needs. Highly recommended
