Sadly many teachers face the prospect of having to deal with bullying in school. Bullying creates fear, self doubt, image issues, alienation, eating disorders, self harming and suicide to name just a few of the serious issues bullying can do to the persecuted. Teachers have a responsibility to keep their students safe and to escalate any signs of bullying to the School Leadership Team, ensuring measures are put in place to stop it.
