About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

What can I say? The staff at Vision have always looked after me and sent me to schools that I enjoyed coming back to, so much so I have been offered a job at one for next year. Guaranteed if you sign on with Vision they will find you the perfect school! I cannot thank Vision enough for everything they have done and continually do for me. They are so personable and whenever you're in need of anything, they are always happy to help. Had gone through a bit of a rough patch and Vision were extremely understanding and accommodating to my needs. I will always speak highly of them and recommend them to anyone thinking of coming over to supply teach in London. A big thanks and shout out to Abbi, Daniel and Craig! You guys are the best!!!

My time with Vision Teaching has been a valuable experience. From the moment you begin talking to Vision from home over the phone, they are efficient, encouraging and willing to help wherever you need help. They provided me with accommodation, airport transfers and a lot of support in not only teaching in London, but living and thriving in London as soon as I arrived. In particular, I was in contact with Zahra and Sital, both were extremely helpful, friendly, enthusiastic and made you feel as if you were a part of a great support network. Over my time with Vision Teaching, I worked as a Supply Teacher and as a full-time classroom teacher. I found most of the schools to be of a high quality and I was also pleased to find that the consultants I worked with seemed to really get to know their schools and whether they were the right fit for me. My only complaint over my time with Vision was that I sometimes felt pushed into classes and schools I wasn't quite comfortable with, as well as being sent to schools a long distance away. And around the school holiday periods, I was left with little or no pay because of long non-guaranteed periods. And the rate of pay was a bit lower than I think it should have been. The social events, organised by Sital and Zahra, were a lot of fun and introduced me to many people in the same position as I was in. I would like to thank Vision for making my time living in London a wonderful experience.

After researching different agencies, I could not recommend Vision Teaching enough. The team, especially Sital, has provided constant support and made the daunting thought of moving to another country seem easy and pleasant. From the first day, Sital was extremely nice and easily approachable. Prior to moving, she constantly provided me with various phone calls that were greatly helpful in making the move to the UK as smooth as possible. Overall, Sital and the vision team were extremely nice, approachable and most importantly, supportive. I could not recommend them enough!

Having only been here a few weeks I could not recommend one of the other agencies over vision. The international team, in particular Sital, were great from the very first phone call. She was enthusiastic and determined to make my transition from Australia to London as easy as possible. The supply work is great, I have not had a day without work. I recommend them to others back home who are thinking of giving this a go. Thank you to everyone at vision.

Since first signing up with Vision in 2016, they have been nothing but a pleasure. When deciding to make the big move from Australia to London, they helped me do everything with ease. I have been working with Vision since February this year, doing supply teaching, and have never gone a day without work. I have found that Vision teaching are always reasonable and also fair with pay. I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone looking for a new teaching agency.

Vision teaching has made my move to London an easy and smooth transition. All the staff at vision were welcoming and friendly. Everything was very well organised, i was met at the airport by Sital who is lovely, she had organised all the documentation i needed to have. She handed me a welcome pack which included a sim card and oyster card, which was very helpful. Sital also arranged a bank appointment for me and made sure i had the letter to open my bank account. Vision also offered to help me find accomodation if I needed, which put my mind at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Working for Vision has been an enjoyable experience, the team in the office are always very friendly and professional and the staff at the schools I am sent to are always very helpful. I am so happy i chose to come to London with Vision and i would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of coming over.

Moving to a new country to teach and to a whole new environment is almost always challenging. Vision Teaching, in particular, Sital, was extremely helpful and supported me with all the available options and was with me at every step of the way - ensuring I was always getting the best experience. I now work with Tommy, who is down to earth and completely fantastic. I enjoy the support from Vision Teaching and they are always happy to provide advice and support in my decisions. I can't think of a better agency than Vision Teaching, based on Sital and Tommy.

Sital is simply the best! She has made my transition from Canada to London incredibly smooth and easy. Sital has been with me every step of the way from my initial contact with Vision up to helping me sort out my bank account here in London. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and helpful advisor than Sital. She has helped me not only in securing my bank account, but Sital has been incredibly helpful with all things related to securing my life in London, including finding a place to live as well as suggestions about fun things to do around the city. Moreover, Sital has made working for Vision an absolute dream! If I have any questions whatsoever, she seems to have all the answers. Sital is honestly the best! Thanks so much, Sital!

I've been really impressed with Vision. The research I had done about doing supply teaching in London left me feeling quite negative about the supply teaching environment. A friend recommended Vision and I was really impressed at how quickly they responded to my inquiry. The international team were really helpful and supportive, in particular Abbi who is a star. She was and continues to be readily available to help and responded to my questions quickly. I was surprised when Vision offered me a contract while I was still overseas, and helped me every step of the way. Now that I've started doing supply they regularly check up to see that I'm okay and have been very supportive when I've had a problem. They're very understanding when I've needed time off and have made an effort to place me in schools in my area. I have to add that I've been very impressed by all the Vision team that I've met or who I've had dealing with. The back up and support at all levels has been great.

Although we have only just moved to London and began work, we couldn't recommend another agency higher than Vision. From the first phone call with our recruiter Sital, Vision seemed enthusiastic, hospitable and determined to make our transition from Australia as easy as possible to London. The Vision team go above and beyond in making you feel as comfortable as possible when relocating to London, to the point where I say things to my friends whom are with other agencies and they are in disbelief! Some examples of how incredible Vision are include: picking us up from the airport when we first arrive to London, proivinding us with affordable housing at our convenience, consistently finding us schools on a supply basis close to home, always having positive energy in the office and through other means of communication and a team of lovely lovely people! We couldn't recommend vision teaching more!

Vision made me feel comfortable and supported from the moment I decided I wanted to move to London. Although I am still new to the agency, I find myself with consistent work opportunities, and plenty of chances to broaden both my professional and social circles. I was especially impressed with my international advisor, Abbi, who made the process of uprooting my life so possible. Her warmth, honesty and utter kindness made my dealings with Vision something to look forward to, while also making my transition from Australia to London wonderfully smooth. I would certainly recommend Vision to many teachers, especially due to the care and effort they put into creating personal relationships with their employees.

Vision Teaching has been fantastic, I am so glad I signed with them to come over to London! Abbi was such a superstar throughout the whole process right from deciding to move to London, to picking me up from the airport and supporting me in my work. She had all the answers, managed all the paperwork and made what could have been such a stressful process really easy and exciting. Best of all she is just super lovely, down to earth and genuinely so caring. Vision as a whole have also been superb. They are efficient, diligent, and personal so that you know they are 100% on your team. I would recommend Vision to anybody who wants to teach in the Uk.

Patronising consultants and very poor rate of pay for experienced and highly skilled teachers. They are more intent on recruiting and retaining Canadian teachers than assisting British teachers. It's a disgrace!

Absolutely awesome. These guys genuinely care about their teachers; they are always checking up to see if everything is alright and are super helpful with anything - be it school related or not. Phone calls in the lead-up to my arrival were super helpful and friendly and I got picked up from Heathrow and taken to my hostel for free. My first teaching gig out of uni was a bit challenging, but I always felt like the guys at Vision always had my back if I ever felt like it was too much. I originally had Callum as my point of contact and then Byron, both these guys really battled for me at my school and did an awesome job on the negotiations at my school; I could not have dreamed of a better deal without them. I have other mates with other London agencies; they always complained about how their agency never really went in to bat for them and never really had any genuine concern for their wellbeing. My experience with Vision has been the polar opposite. Great staff and great people.

I was never out of work with vision and they were so flexible with me requesting time of for travel and so forth. The international team were amazing, originally starting with Zahra and then was handed over to Abbi I found both girls welcoming and supportive for my big move. I felt when I arrived I had already connections and a friendship with them which made the move less daunting. The pay could be higher, and as they go through an umbrella company there are fees to pay (most agency's are similar though). I was booked through many consultants for work as my location allowed me to go all around so I didn't feel I had a strong connection with them but when they would call they were easy to talk to !

I am extremely happy with Vision, it's truly a great agency - just fantastic! It's my second year now and I have really enjoyed working with Vision. My consultant, Johan, is the best. His integrity appeals to me the most. The most amazing thing about Johan is that he will go the extra mile for all of his candidates, he is truly an exceptional consultant, being so personable. I felt I knew him for years on our first meeting which was when he registered me. He gave me such good advice and helped me so much with work. Having so much respect for Johan as a consultant, I would strongly advise and recommend him to everyone who is looking for work as a teacher, teaching assistant or cover supervisor from overseas and in the UK. Overall, Johan is extremely professional and passionate about his work. All praises for him! Thank you so much for having me, Johan. I am having a wonderful experience working in different schools. I've had a great experience working as a supply teacher with Vision. Every person that I have had the pleasure of communicating with has been respectful, understanding, easy going, willing to help, and always in a great mood. I get most of my bookings through Matthew, and he has been amazing to work with. He is always around when you need his help and is ready to take time out of his day to make sure that you are comfortable with your work. Louisa has also been a tremendous help with getting all of this journey started off. She answered all questions before I started working for Vision as a supply teacher. Vision also allows teachers from overseas, like myself, to meet others through social events. It has greatly helped with meeting new people and making new friends! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for supply of full time work as teachers or teaching assistants. Nothing negative to say about anyone at the company, they're all great people!!

I recommend this agency highly. The consultants are very efficient and go out of their way to ensure you are always working. The schools that they support are of a very high standard so your experience at these schools are very good. I have worked with this agency for just over a year and I am very happy in my present school as a long term supply teacher.
