About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

If you want to work with a recruitment agency that is candidate-driven and values efficient, personal service then we would love to hear from you.

So I called up this agency as it says that one of their areas of specialism is SEN...however I called and this ISNT something that the agency deal with as a specialist area or even have a team that do this! I have spoken to two consultants before there, I asked for both of them and they have both left the company and I was being passed around and no one really wanted to help me. I then spoke to a manager who was really quite rude which I feel is highly unprofessional. My dealings with the company recently haven't been very good and some of my friends who also deal with agency have found the same thing.

Vision is a very reliable agency. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. Moving country can br a very diffocult and daunting process, although Zahra helped us find a house, picked us up from the airport and assisting in obtaining a bank account. All the teachers in the house receive constant work and we have been very happy woth the placements. Highly recommended!

From my initial contact with Vision Teaching to my arrival in London 6 months later, I have felt warmly welcomed and supported by the Vision Teaching family. As a smaller agency, I feel Vision Teaching are a lot more personable than other companies and I feel that I am valued here with Vision. The opportunity to share one of the Vision houses with 5 other teachers has been brilliant, and I love returning home and hearing about everyone's days. The teaching opportunities provided by Vision have mostly been great, and despite a lack of initial availabilities at the start of term, the staff remained open and honest about these circumstances, which was fantastic. All in all I have had a great experience working with Vision so far and I look forward to continuing working with them in the future.

vision teaching have made the whole experience from moving form Australia to the UK an absolute breeze. They have been extended supportive and helpful in every respect and very personable, being specific to your needs. They really care about your wellbeing and that is paramount to being a successful teacher. As an Agency, there is guaranteed, consistent work and they try to keep it as local as possible. The consultants are friendly and helpful and try to keep you in schools and key stages you prefer. Cannot thank them and praise them enough for making this such a seamless transition( particular Zahra!)

I wish I had found them sooner. I came over to London last year with a different agency and was promised the world. Unfortunately it transpires I had been sold the dream and this was quickly becoming a nightmare. I was not picked up from the airport as "my consultant forgot" and I was living in a hostel for 5 weeks whilst travelling an hour and a half for work. I was recommended to join Vision Teaching and things quickly changed. The guys helped me to find accommodation within a week and were always on hand to help with any queries or advise me on good areas to live in. They got me work straight away and this has usually been within 30 mins of my door. I am now in my second year in London, working 5 days a week in schools that I enjoy and loving the experience. I honestly couldn't of done it without they guys support and I couldn't recommend them any higher. Thanks for everything.

I was referred to Vision Teaching from a friend who had been doing supply work, and I'm fairly happy with my choice. It took quite some time to secure an interview, but I'm incredibly happy with the school I am at! Timesheet's for full-time work weren't explained very well, nor was overtime, and I've run into a few snafus. I was also informed my pay would be much higher when I was talking with Vision, and was surprised that it wasn't. Another thing that was quite frustrating was that I was told time and time again that getting a bank account would be easier and would be possible based on a deal Vision had with a local bank. I was not told prior to leaving Canada and therefore didn't bring enough money to last me until I moved into my flat, which was incredibly frustrating. Further, Vision's deal with Mainpay was also not explained very well, just an FYI there is a fairly steep administration fee taken off each paycheque. I was also told I would be able to expense my temporary accommodation and flights, usually when expensing something you get the money back in full or close to full, however, Mainpay supposedly uses it to deduct from your NI every week. However, while all of these are incredibly frustrating, I would not have met my roommate if it weren't for Sital. Vision did make arriving in London very smooth with airport pickup and the induction day.
