About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

I never was able to start my experience with Vision Teaching due to the coronavirus however the agency experience I had was amazing! Ridiculously accommodating and very punctual with their responses. Also, everyone I dealt with was more than happy to answer any questions, and actually encouraged it. Would 100% recommend using this agency!

I have been working with Vision Teaching for over 10 years. I have worked for other agencies too and I am able to compare notes. I have never been out of work with vision and I have left other well paid organisations to work with Vision. Sometimes, I end up teaching for an year or two having initially recruited to work for a couple of weeks. Vision ensures that you are given the best support from all angles and make your working day comfortable and stress free. Vision is by far the best and continue to become the best in this industry - a friendly, professional and helpful organisation. They have always looked into my needs and requirements and willing to go that extra mile whether in teaching, travel or salary matters. In addition they deal with issues beyond our control which I will consider them as surrogate guardians and excellent helpful fire walls. I will continue to support Vision in a similar vein that they have supported me and will continue to encourage other teachers to join and get a flavour of the working life at Vision..... The proof of the pudding is in its eating. I will continue to support and work for Vision in the coming years.

Vision Teaching are the most hardworking and dedicated agency, that I have ever registered with. They were able to support me finding a new role within a school during the difficulties of the Corona virus pandemic, and could still communicate effectively; remain focused, driven and paid excellent attention to detail. I joined Vision Teaching several months ago to gain experience teaching children with special education needs. 5***** Highly recommend. Everyone at Vision Teaching have always been professional, committed, caring and kind. The consultants, especially ‘amazing’ Carly Barrett, are very good at keeping in touch, checking how you are doing and how well your placements have gone. The work they have always found for me has been perfect and the schools I have visited have been outstanding with friendly and caring members of staff. During the Coronavirus lockdown they have managed to bring their greatness to a higher level. They have called me to inquire how I was doing (Carly), send regular emails with updates and wonderful Daniel Leigh has personally and promptly replied to my emails and provided answers to my queries. Throughout this difficult time they have made me feel supported and reassured at all times, a great contrast to my experience with other agencies I work with.
