About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

Northampton branch Lovely and friendly staff, especially SUSI and Aby. Honest. Mostly provides work in specialism area. They pay very good rate compare to other local agency to an ECT.

I must say a resounding thank you to the staff of Vision Teaching for the phenomenal work that they doing as an agency. I have been signed with them for just over a year, as a supply teacher and I cannot say that I have any regrets whatsoever. Paul Levene has made, and continues to make my transition and settling here in the UK infinitely worry free. He's kind, hard-working, patient, understanding, dedicated, polite (there are not enough words to describe him). Most of all he listens and extends himself to ensure that everyone is happy! I mean, the way he goes above and beyond for the clients and teachers is most commendable. Keep up the tremendous work you are doing Paul. Paul, Ryan, Nahida and Dan are lovely, listen to your needs and always try to give you the best fit. Sometimes three of them call me in the morning for offering me work and all the schools they have sent me to are very good and well organised. I am registered and working with three other agencies, but Vision is my favourite one so far, even the rate in some of the others is slightly higher. I would recommend it 100%

I would like to thank Paul and Eilish for their calm, friendly, professionalism. Paul is amazing, very passionate about his job, excellent support, clear information, very important as I haven't used an agency before. He made me feel comfortable and confident, the whole process was very organised and quick. Eilish was very patient with emails back and forth, very helpful and friendly. They both answered my questions, both very good at their job. I would definitely recommend Vision Teaching Agency.

Vision Teaching has been out standing with me the past few weeks. Everyone has been so lovely and they make you feel that they are very dedicated towards you, especially Paul Levene. He said he would "Make the magic happen" and that he did. He really deserves the recognition as he kept in contact every day even in difficult times to help me start my new position. He gives good advice, is very helpful and friendly. Eilish also went above and beyond and was really, really helpful. The job process was moved along very quickly so they will have you starting your position in no time. Vision Teaching are brilliant in particular Paul Levene who has been my consultant...the guy really is a genie! I spoke to Paul on the Friday, had an interview on Saturday with the principle of a lovely school and ta dah! I had the option to start from Monday. I would like to thank Paul Levene and all the staff at teaching vision for all the loving hard work they did in finding me a new post under the current pandemic I felt like my whole world had crumbled. Within 3 days of having a talk with paul, he really understood how I was feeling about my last role. And found me a beautiful school with lovely people who share the same passion for making a difference in supporting students. I know when your in a loving passionate environment every thing is possible. Vision Teaching is absolutely incredible! Not only are they extremely professional, but they always check up on their staff to see how they are doing. I've been with them since January and instead of treating me like just any ordinary worker, they have really gotten to know me as an individual. They have really helped me with developing my teaching skills and I feel like my confidence has sky-rocketed. I am extremely grateful to this agency and 100% would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic from day 1! Friendly and lovely. Went to the office to sign up and they were amazing! My partner was even offered a goody bag. Was given work daily and often in advance!
