About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

I moved over from Australia to London to start teaching and Vibe made the switch so simple and stress-free. The team are really supportive and welcoming and check up regularly with me to make sure things are going well, and importantly, offer consistent work. A lot of the staff are ex-teachers who have also come from Aus or NZ and and offer me advice on navigating how UK schools operate as well as other useful tips that have helped massively in transitioning smoothly into living in London. After meeting them at their office when I first arrived, they got me out to a school the next day and within the first 2 weeks Vibe was able to set me up with my dream teaching job as a music teacher! What’s really impressed me was how they take the time to get to know me, what I liked and what skills I wanted to develop and helped set me up with work that aligned with my interests and goals. These guys deserve all the praise they get and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Shout out to Alex and Sophie at Red Team! For anyone thinking about teaching in the UK, Vibe is a great way to get consistent work, meet new people and work with a really supportive and friendly team who take genuinely care for their teachers.

My Vibe experience has been absolutely brilliant. As an NQT, the start of my teaching career is both exciting and daunting. The Vibe team and company ethos is warm, welcoming and professional. From informal 'getting to know you drinks' through to interview lesson observation prep support and calls to check up on day to day school life, I've always felt that Vibe have my best interest at heart in addition to the school. It's reassuring to know that you have the support of a team of experienced teachers behind you, who also teach in the schools they recommend to you. Vibe think about your best fit in addition to the school. Good vibes for all!

I signed up with Vibe back in September as I was keen to do supply work in the time before my baby arrived. The sign up process was quick and simple which I was really grateful for. Work was slow to come in to start with but I had been told about this in advance. As promised when we reached October regular work started to come in and I was pleased to visit some really great schools. Lizzie and Andrew from the purple team have been really encouraging and supportive along the way and I've now been working in a great school for the past 5 weeks. I highly recommend Vibe for its friendly service and access to supply work in some really great schools across London.

Vibe is amazing! All of their staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting are lovely and friendly and they really have fantastic links to so many schools all over London. They really look after you, they do regular check-ins and work hard to find you a school that you’re happy with and that fits you requirements. They found me work straight away and I’m happy with the school they placed at. I’m still so impressed at how quickly they placed me and how well they sold me to my school! I highly recommend signing up with vibe. They are great advocates and a brilliant teaching agency!

I found this agency brilliant to work with. I signed up with them, had an initial meeting and within days they found me work. I found the recruiters really friendly and helpful and it was really motivating to speak to them on some of the greyer, bleak early mornings! The fact that many of the staff are teachers helps massively as they really know and understand the schools you are sent to and really make an effort to find ones that suit you. All in all, Vibe provided me with a great first experience of supply teaching and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable and varied teaching work in London.

Vibe was hands down the best agency I have experienced in London! Each school was amazing and it was clear the recruiters cared about each day spent out in the different schools. It seemed like all recruiters used to be teachers and often spend days out in the schools they send the teachers to, so therefore have a great relationship with the schools. Every school I went to was super welcoming, often filled with other Vibers! Furthermore, the Vibe agency was super sociable and have many different events throughout the year, so if you are newly arrived teacher from overseas it is the best agency to work for if you want to make friends.

I worked with Vibe this year and they were amazing! Very welcoming and friendly, often hosting social events. They were great at placing me at schools within an hour of my house and at schools that suited me. I never struggled to get work and often got called back to the same schools. Can't speak highly enough!

Hi Vibe, This is just a quick email to say thank you for your ongoing support while I have been in a PE teaching position at in South East London. The after work drinks the other week for Secondary South was very enjoyable, and it was great to see so many people. I know you are all working extremely hard to fill positions, place teachers for supply and also keep an eye out for new developments with schools. From this side of the fence, day to day teaching can be isolating at times, in that we are trying to do what the school requires and adapt to their needs. I do believe that Vibe, as an agency is very supportive and approachable which makes a big difference on the front line. The drinks for example was a nice way to touch base and exchange experiences. An outstanding agency to be part of! Vibe is always able to offer me work when I need it. They are incredibly helpful and personable on the phone, as well as responsive to your preferences in the work environment. Ashleigh from recruitment was amazing in helping me get set up/prepared prior to moving to London. They have a great network of teachers/TAs and make it easy to meet other employees at various social events. A great work atmosphere!
