About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Great agency, but unfortunately I have found other supplies with Vibe sometimes get paid a lot more, and levels of pay appear to depend on how amenable the consultant is to negotiating levels of pay. They also prefer to pay through umbrella companies, which was initially OK as they pay extra to cover the UC fees and expenses, until the COVID crisis - as my umbrella company has not yet let me know if they are furloughing me - not good at all!!!

It has been an absolute pleasure working for such a positive and caring company. I was given work consistently and I was always paid on time. As well as this the team and office have created an incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere which is full of love and happiness. I am so glad I chose this company and that they chose me. Hopefully we can reunite in the future!

Vibe Teaching Agency was actually the second agency I signed up to, but since the start of the school year they have been the only one I have been working with. They were much more personal with their approach which I appreciated. I find the staff extremely friendly and great to deal with. The schools I have been working at have all been great, and I think it's great that the agency staff are teachers because quite often I get sent to a school where they have taught either at the school or even the class itself and are able to provide you with extra information. The guys there are really understanding too, so if you have to take a day off ill or due to unforeseen circumstances there are absolutely no issues, even if its on a day when you are booked into a school. It has only happened to me once but one school in particular I was not so keen after a few days of working there and they were extremely understanding about it and I haven't been given any more days there. I know that a lot of the guys there are Australian and they have a lot of teachers who aren't from the UK - they do social events which I think is great for people new to the city/country to meet new people but I haven't personally been to any of them. I would definitely recommend Vibe, and one of my friends actually found a great full time position after my recommendation.

As soon as I arrived at Vibe I was greeted by the friendly and enthusiastic Vibe team. We discussed my interests and my plans for the future and they came up with ways to make my teaching experience the most rewarding it can be. They are very flexible and were more than happy to help me ease into my work and assist with getting me settled. When I left the office I felt supported and comfortable in my journey ahead.

What an absolutely amazing teaching agency... their enthusiasm and encouragement is second to none and they really care about every teacher... they are all teachers who work at the agency who personally still teach occasionally - so really have a full view of what it’s like to supply teach in London still regardless of working in the recruitment team... their passion for what they do and for people is tangible and contagious and their positivity is infectious. The recruitment people / consultants in the office have taught in most of the schools they place you in so can also give you a detailed low down of the classes and school and staff before you go and teach for the day... I think they are one of the only teaching agency’s that only employ teachers to work in their office team. Which is very reassuring for a teacher knowing that someone has your back fully! They immediately put me in touch with a south African member of the team because I’m from SA originally we have become friends along the way... the rest of the team has been phenomenal too. My consultant calls me every morning to see how I am doing and messages every afternoon for feedback and to see if all went well and I’m happy... there couldn’t be a more personal - caring and better agency out there. They are wonderful at making you feel appreciated and reassuring you that you are doing a great job even on the day’s you feel we’re tough... they help with anything and everything ... no question or request is ever silly or disregarded - they are there for you as a teacher... no matter what. The pay is good and they work with a number of different ways of being paid your salary and run through each option with you... I think they have literally ignited my passion for teaching spark even more since I started with them... there’s honestly nothing I can fault them on... what a wonderful honour it is to be part of such a great agency and team. Thank you to the whole Vibe team for all your care, help, generosity, encouragement and positivity. I can’t wait to teach again next week!

I would highly recommend anyone to work through Vibe. They are incredibly supportive in the way that they try really hard to place you in schools that are close by and match your preferences. The consultants I’ve worked with have been positive, organised and helpful when I’ve had issues or questions. When you go into a new school, they prepare you by telling you the kind of environment you will be working in - which puts you at ease about going into a new placement. They also check in at the end of the day with you and the school to see how everything has gone. The Vibe team have great relationships with the schools and have clear systems in place to ensure everything goes smoothly and successfully. They expect feedback from schools which should generally be positive given the support they have provided (and the school has also been supportive). This is definitely great for the confidence, your growth as a learner and makes you feel valued (in what is a challenging profession).

Vibe TR are truly a super friendly bunch. So down to earth, the service is honest, polite and individual. Every phone call, from the wake up availability call, the job it self or to see if you had a good day call, is a pleasant and reassuring experience. Even if you’ve had a bad day or negative experiences, the team members are always there to dry your tears, lend an affectionate and sympathetic hand. Having mostly worked with Alex, Phil and Sophie, honestly, you could easily fall in danger of forgetting you’re working for a company and feel like working with family. So far the best agency I’ve worked for, can’t recommend them enough!

Vibe teaching has looked after me from day one. They care about your living arrangements and how you're getting on by day to day. On my first day they team range me up just to see how I was going throughout the day. The team at Vibe are so friendly and welcoming and will always greet you with open arms. Im glad I went with such an amazing team!
