About Vibe Teacher Recruitment

We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

We have been growing by referral since 2001. Our reputation matters! ‘Vibers’ live by positivity. We care about family, health and happiness. We are passionate about education, community and service. We have a can do attitude and we strive to make others happy because that’s what makes us happy.

Excellent team of well organised and friendly recruiters. Communication was clear with an extremely fast response and feedback time. Really appreciate the fact that the team (Bronte, James , Sarah etc) took into consideration my preferred age groups and made sure to send me back to the schools I enjoyed most. Can not fault this friendly, capable organisation.

People are nice- and less pushy then other agents - found me a lot of work but the pay is NOT to scale and a bit shit. Still good if you are desperate. I mentioned pay to them a few times and they always said they would 'email someone' about it but nothing ever happened.

I have worked with Vibe for three years, they have helped me to secure work when I have been home from university. The staff are all lovely, I have specifically worked with Luke recently, who is always great and super friendly. I would defiantly recommend a friend to contact Vibe when they are looking for interim or long-term work.

A refreshing agency to work with, especially Jack and Emily from the Red Team. They've been accommodating and actually listened to me. It also helps that the team are all teachers so can empathise with life in schools. If you're looking for a supply agency that's friendly and find great schools to work in, I'd highly recommend Vibe.

I have collaborated with many educational agencies, but Vibe Education has given me a sense of belonging, leading me to choose long-term cooperation with them. My team is the Red Team, led by Dave，work with Angela. They take great care of the teachers in Red team, always asking about the day after work and being very receptive to teachers' opinions. Additionally, Vibe Education regularly organizes team social events, which are very enjoyable. More importantly, Vibe Education places a strong emphasis on the long-term career planning of teachers, focusing teachers personal growth. Unlike other agencies, it is not just about business.

Great experience with Vibe. Fantastic service and the staff really go an extra mile to look after you. I have been part of the brown team for almost 2 years now and it has been great working with such a caring and supportive team. The social side of vibe with their regular drinks has made it a great company for meeting fellow teachers from my side of the world and has really helped with making friends while new to the UK. Would recommend it to any teachers looking for supply or a long term role.

My experience with Vibe has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive! I have worked with the company as a supply teacher since November 2023. Since then, my consultants, Bronte, Sarah and James, from the Brown team have gone above and beyond everyday to find me work. All three have made such an effort to get to know me and match me to the lovely schools in my area that are suited to me. They are always warm and friendly and start my day on a positive note! One point of difference from other agencies is that Vibe consultants are all teachers or past teachers themselves. They understand the needs and struggles of teacher life, provide helpful background knowledge on each of the schools, and take the time to listen your experience. Another aspect that sets them apart is that you get the sense that Vibe really cares about their teachers. The team was so welcoming when I was invited in to the office during my recruitment and induction. They connect you with other teachers and run teacher parties and events throughout the year, as well as checking in with you as an individual on day to day basis. Thank you Vibe, highly recommend!

Jack from Red Team was extremely helpful with the lead up to my move overseas. I decided I was going to move at the start 2023 then plans changed and I moved the following year. We had check in chats throughout 2023 and he had information for me about the company and documents I needed. He also would answer any questions I had. Before I arrived Jack had all made sure all my documents were in order so I could start teaching ASAP. I then moved to (Green) team due to location and met Becky, who has also been amazing ! She found me work within my area around 20-40 minutes away which has made work, life balance easy ! Both are so lovely and accomodating. Vibe also has social nights where you can meet other teachers and reconnect with teachers you’ve met out when teaching!
