Worst teaching agency in Bristol. Called me several times in the morning, I was told off because I didn't answer, when all the agencies just pick the next teacher on the list. There is no loyalty in the agency world, and even less in TP. They try to give you jobs without even explaining you the details, how far the school is, if the behaviour is challenging or not. Accept or do not accept. I asked more than once pre-booked work, no they told me off cause I didn't pick up the phone at 6.30 in the morning. Once I cancelled a booking just because I found out that one of the schools I was supposed to work in, it was terrible. They were very "disappointed". Supply teachers are paid ridiculously less than the amount they should earn. They are treated like puppets by agencies that have the right to cancel bookings even the same morning when you are already dressed up and ready to go to work, or worse when you are already on the bus or close to the school gate. I work for other agencies and I have never had these issues. I was never told off, and they always tried to meet my needs. I cannot say the same for TP. Never again.

Great agency. Found me a placement within a matter of weeks at a great school. All staff knowledgeable and available to chat whenever you ring. Organised and welcoming, no question too big or small. No hesitation in recommending T.P to those looking for a helping hand into teaching/education.

Preston Primary Always listen , try hard to match to requirement and availability ... also over time as one grows with confidence. I would take up more work if I had my own transport and wasn’t limited by my availability, due to other commitments. Always honest and friendly manner, have time for a general chat during the day .. so you feel they really care!

Joining Teaching Personnel (London office) is the best decision I have made! I am offered work regularly. My Consultant Conor Taylor is fantastic and an absolute credit to Teaching Personnel! He listens to my requirements e.g. distance of work, days wanting to work and type of schools. He is also very easily to communicate with. Overall staff I have spoken to at the London office are extremely polite and respectful.

Teaching personnel SEN department have been incredibly well organised, helpful and approachable. They are always willing to support their staff and give them encouragement to provide the highest quality teaching and support to schools around the North East. The company feels more like a family than an organisation and I am happy to be part of their team.

I've just been on the phone with Plymouth branch and had a very disappointing experience. After asking many questions about me, including date of birth and work experience, they said I won't be able to register with them as I didn't teach in the past 6 years. This particular detail was not mentioned on the website nor explained at the beginning of the conversation even though she was fully aware of my work experience from my cv uploaded on the website. In my opinion, that shows lack of professionalism and carelessness towards other people's time. Also, as soon as I mentioned that I was confused as I have QTS and that allows me to teach or at least supply teach with no restrictions, the consultant very rudely started to end the conversation saying she can't help me and no advice or reasonable explanation was given. To me this has left me with a very bad impression about the agency and their way they treat the clients and I think that the time spent filling I the application and on the phone was just time wasted.

I registered with Teaching Personnel (Preston Branch) soon after graduating in 2016. They offered me regular work since then and have provided me with some exciting (and free) CPD opportunities. My consultant is honest and friendly, he has told me upfront when a class was full of strong characters or if there were any known issues with the school. In regards to pay, they are slightly less than I'd like when compared to my other agency, but they get me plenty of work so it isn't a major issue.

Teaching Assistant Level 3 (Current Employee), Durham – 26 July 2019 Since joining I have had continuous work and have made some good connections with Schools I supply in with the added bonus of some requesting me to come back . Teaching Personnel are always there to help and do there up most to find placements for you. You never feel like you are forgotten they work hard for everyone making sure you are working. They help find you full time work by putting you forward for trial days and also do a lot for charities as well as social events to bring people together at the end of the academic term . Love working with them and would recommend them to anyone
