Tara Education was the first agency I got registered after been working in a nursery and after few months I am really happy I found it. In spite of my lack of experience in schools as a TA, they managed to find me different schools to work with, and also the payment is really good. So I definitely recommend it. Highly professional teaching agency. They handle the bookings accurate but also listen to your preferences. Now I am working as a permanent long-term staff not far from home - that's what I've wished for. The reason I still recommend them is the intelligent attitude they are using all the time. I was on holiday to Dubai for about 11 month and I've come back to London mid February and I was looking for a jobs online so One of my friend recommended me to TARA and I contacted the agency ASAP.they were so supportive and helped me in get into a placement in a school.I'm still working there and I love my role as a teacher assistant.

This firm always takes good care from of its employees, the worker are given negotiable rates/conditions and also offer opportunity for its worker to further expand its workers qualification or training. Overall it is a very honest and are always open for new ideas from its workers, most importantly the workers don't feel like their value is underrated.

Love working for tara, helpful, considerate, supportive and just a generally nice group of people to work with/for! have worked for them for over 6 months now and have worked across the county. They have so many schools under thier belt and adding more and more. They work around you and will always help you out and fit things around your life. I dela mostly wiht rachel and laura, they are great always there for me when / if i need them and will go above and beyond to help you out and try to get you as much work as possible - even though its early doors! I would highly recomend working with tara! Its great!

As a recent graduate , Tara has helped my transition into work be secure and easy. Tara has allowed me to work 5 days a week in wonderful schools across the West Midlands and Staffordshire. The staff at Tara are 100% professional , supportive and look to build your career as a teacher. I have been lucky enough with the exceptional guidance from my Tara agents in particular James gill to gain a full time teaching position within a school. It is also favourable to see other Tara teachers being used within the same school at one time, giving you a network of people to communicate with throughout the day. I am proud to be working with such a renound teaching agency and I look forward to seeing what the future holds for our relationship.

I registered with Tara but did not get a chance to work with them. I found that although they come across well, they did not get my file cleared or phone me enough for work in my opinion. So I registered elsewhere and was able to get work. I cannot comment on the quality of schools but have a scored on the info I have.
