I am Biochemistry teacher and have worked with Joe across a few schools. He has always placed me according to what I was looking for and has always been completely professional in his approach and has always been completely transparent, which is extremely important when you are working in supply.

Always friendly, supportive and proactive. Processes are straightforward and regular contact is maintained. Joe takes the time to make a personal as well as a professional connection which is not always the case with other agencies. This is so important. I can summarize RT Education in one single word... HONESTY... And this word is probably the most important in the Supply business... I´ve worked with RT for a long time and can´t say anything against them. Joe is an absolute star, checking on you regulary making sure that you are happy with your role. I have worked along side this agency for nearly two years. I have appreciated all the support that Joe has given me. He is a fantastic, hard working and motivated person who is always ready to find you a place. He has always ensured that my needs are met. He knows my personality inside out and is able to find work that suits my every need. Any issue that I am faced with is always worked on and a solution is always found. Joe is not only a person who recruits me but due to the on going work relationship we have has now become a friend.

Signed up with RT last Sept as I was really struggling to find more than the odd day here and there through other agencies because of where I live. They were really friendly and found me some work within 2 weeks for the rest of the school year. I am now permanent at the school they placed me in, so thanks RT (especially Joe). Would happily recommend them to anyone.

The best! They are loyal, dedicated and sincere in their dealings and relations with candidates. Their sincerity can never be matched by any other agency. They keep in touch to make sure the candidate's status, even if employed by a school. They dedicate their efforts to finding and placing the candidate in the best job more than perfectly envisioned by the candidate. Joe and his staff intuitively know the school and the educational environment. Their knowledge of schools make them unique in this area. Most important is loyalty. They stand by, nurture and care about the candidate. I was in another school where another agency just placed me to make money and satisfy clients. The agency did not care. They never replied to my emails, texts, and phone calls.They were just a behemoth and was just a sales oriented and make money without caring and being loyal. The were loyal to making money and "ringing the bell" for personal gain and arrogance. RT NEVER does this, They are humble and caring. They are in sync with their candidates. They even know you as a person and not a number and a member of the applicant or candidate pool. They deserve these words. Candidates ought to solely work with RT. (I must say their social care division is just as great.) Forget the behemoth "bell ringing" agencies. Stay loyal and dedicate your needs and hopes with RT. They will make sure you have what you want and not just something the "bell ringers" do to place you anywhere. Call or email them. Ask for any one of the education group. They will best serve and, most importantly, be dedicated and LOYAL to you.
