I have worked for a couple other agencies since arriving in London, but since I have joined RedBox, Ive not needed to find other work elsewhere. RedBox has provided an excellent service that is super friendly and professional with guaranteed pay at rates you cannot find at any other agency. They are very efficient, the staff are very approachable, and when dealing with any issues that may come along, whether personal or professional, they will be your best go-to's for sound advice, experience, understanding and support. This agency is the just the best. Firstly, everyone is really friends and professional and try their best to find schools that suit your strengths. Their rate of pay is more than other agencies and they offer guarantee pay, something which I've never come across before. More than anything they are great at finding you work.

My experience with Sue and her team at Redbox has been positive from the word go. When the team there tell you that every communication is handled with a sense of urgency they mean it. Once I got through the interview and completed the paperwork, I was being considered for not one but two positions - very impressive. Additionally, I must say something about the human element of this agency; I have found Sue and the other ladies quite unpretentious, considerate and kind - just the type of people you want deal with if it's going to be on an extended basis. Sue has got amazing professional judgement has no doubt served her well. I wholehearted recommend Redbox to any teacher or teaching assistant looking for long-term or daily supply work.

Sue and her team have been amazing. I was with two other agencies before Red Box and was really unhappy with being treated like a number before I went to Red Box. With in the first week of working with Red Box Sue actually got be exactly what I wanted a full time supply post in the exact location and age group I was looking for. Red Box are an incredible teaching agency that I hold in great esteem due to their very down-to-earth personable approach and efficiency in ensuring your individual needs are met. I have had a really positive experience working for Red Box and what really sets them apart from other agencies is that you can actually trust the company you work for, as they are indeed a support network, they are proactive in finding work that best suits you and are receptive to feedback and warmly invite it. I'm now working in a full time position with Red Box, who specifically sourced this role for me, and I'm very grateful because I'm having such a rewarding experience in my new position at one of their high quality schools. I only found out about Red Box through a fellow supply teacher recommending I check this website out - so do yourself a favour and join the bandwagon with teaching possibilities that are almost limitless and an employer success rating that speaks for itself!

I left an agency that I had been with for over 2 years to join RedBox because I had heard good things about them - and they are all true! They are a small agency and they feel much more personal. They are very friendly and efficient and I have had as much work as I wanted since joining them 4 months ago. I like the fact that you don't have to fill out timesheets at the end of a job. They have lots of schools in Tower Hamlets - and as that is where I live - things have worked out perfectly. Thank you Sue, Katy and Loretta (and anyone else I havn't spoken to yet). I have been working for Red Box for just over a year. The team there has always been very professional, but very approachable, warm and friendly. RedBox has been amazing. You will not find an agency that will pay you as well. The staff have been incredible. As a teacher who has been travelling loads and needing time off for competitive sports, they have worked their hardest to meet my needs for daily work. I recommend them to anyone that is moving to London or anyone who is with a different agency while here. They are professional,and most importantly, they really care about their teachers. :)

Having had poor experiences with other agencies in terms of amount of work offered, I am delighted with Red Box, who have kept me busy since September. I really appreciate the feedback I get about the job I do and, I am usually booked ahead which is preferable to those early morning last minute calls. They always text the best travel route and have even called me back at times to say that so and so line is not running and given me an alternative way to get to the school. It is a terrific agency.

RED BOX TEACHER RECRUITMENT is without doubt the best supply teaching agency. I have worked with Sue and her team for years and will continue to do so. Red box teacher recruitment has a thorough vetting system resulting in the best teachers being part of an elite team. Usually that would mean exclusive and impersonal. This is complete the opposite at Red Box. The agency supports us on every level to perform our job to the highest standard and we are rewarded with great schools and repeat callbacks. Whenever I have a question Sue,Loretta and Katy are available to assist. I recommend this agency to all teachers especially Antipodeans 'just off the jet'ready to embrace the London experience.
