I'm leaving Red Box at the end of this week, to move abroad, having worked for them for two and a half years. I can honestly say I have never been happier working for a company. All of the positive ratings they have on this site are absolutely on point. The company is run by dedicated, professional, understanding and kind people. What more can I say? I am leaving Red Box at the end of this week, as I'm moving abroad, having worked for them for two and a half years. I can honestly say I have never been happier working for a company. Sometimes things seem too good to be true but all of the positive ratings they have on this site are absolutely on point. The company is run by dedicated, professional, understanding and kind people. Redbox gave me everything I asked for. I am a full time teacher at a school that I longed for and it's all thanks to this team. As soon as I joined near enough every day I was at work with schools in the borough I asked for. I believe they always had my best interest in mind and were always available and supportive when I needed them. If I decide to return to supply work in the future, Red Box will be the only agency I work for. I can't complain and can not thank my consultant Hayley enough for her hard work along with the rest of the team. For anyone interested about the pay rate, Red box pay very well.

Hayley, my consultant, is really friendly, approachable and considerate of me; and the rest of them team has always been very professional with me. I cannot speak for other supply teachers, but I love the work they do. They have never mixed up my bookings and they try their best to give me bookings within the area I want to work in and as often as possible.

Hayley, who is my consultant, is really friendly and approachable. They have found me work most days since I have been with them and always within the area I want to work in. Also, they have not yet got a booking wrong, which many other agencies surprisingly do.

Redbox are a highly efficient and friendly agency to work for. Having worked for a variety of London teaching agencies dating back to 2005, I can honestly say they are the best. I have found that a lot of London teaching agencies are disingenuous, mis-sell roles and apply a great deal of pressure to accept unsuitable roles so they may obtain a fee. Redbox are completely different. They listened to my work preferences and responded by being in contact regularly and by giving me consistent work in schools located within a reasonable distance. When offering work they let you know the school name and location. They also provide detailed instructions for how to find the school and note any crucial things you should know about the school via text. I find this really useful. I enjoy working through Redbox and would highly recommend them to any primary school teacher.

I signed up with Redbox after taking a few years out of teaching after having my daughter. They have been friendly and helpful from day one. They are up front with pay rates and pay well. Redbox really take the time to get to know you and find work that suits your preferred location, year groups and days you are available. On days when I haven't been available for full days, (due to childcare) they have found half days for me. A lot of the schools where they have found work for me, have been within walking distance from my home, saving me on travel costs and also time. Whenever I meet other 'Redbox teachers' in schools, they always say good things about Redbox also. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I have worked in London as a primary school supply teacher for around 7 years. Over this time I have registered with and worked through quite a few agencies. To be honest, I've often found agencies to be quite 'slippery' (to put it politely) about money and sometimes a bit pushy to get me into a role despite my saying it wouldn't be suitable for me. Redbox feels different because they are honest and up front about their rates of pay. Should you take on regular work, your daily rate will automatically increase to reflect the extra workload. The team are good at listening to you and what it is that you're looking for and they welcome feedback from their teachers about roles and schools. In that past I've sometimes been made to feel like a commodity, but the staff at Redbox treat me like a colleague, which I really value. Lastly, they find me regular day-to-day supply work that's incredibly local to me in east London (I can often walk to work in 30 minutes or less) and that's a definite win in London!

I've worked for Redbox off and on since 2013. When I wanted a permanent placement, they were diligent in finding me one. Since I have wanted to work day-to-day supply, they have been flexible - even when I wanted to go travelling for a term! I rated 9/10 on pay, because I think the umbrella company that manages the payroll takes too much of what I earn - but that said, I'm not sure what alternatives are out there. 9/10 on quality of schools because I'm a tough critic... That said, Redbox were supportive when I let them know I wasn't comfortable in a school. It could be a tough lot being a supply teacher, but it doesn't feel like that with Redbox. I feel supported, worked with and respected. So thanks!

Redbox Teachers as an agency are absolutely amazing the employees have been wonderful from the start to joining me up to sending me work. They are very committed to understanding your needs and have sent me to schools near my home on long term basis because I mentioned that I liked the school. They have been wonderful as an agency and as individuals. Excellent agency and extremely good pay. I’m not sure what the other reviews are about, I have found them a dime to work with. Fantastic agency. After trialling a few other agencies and having little luck finding regular supply work, I tried red box after a friend of mine recommended them to me. Since I started in September, I have not been out of work. The office team are extremely helpful and organised and I always feel I am 'in the loop' when it comes down to my school bookings.

I have worked through various agencies over the years as a Teaching Assistant and Teacher and I have found Red Box to be easily the best agency I've worked for. From word go, when I was still in Australia looking for work in London I was impressed with their speedy replies to any queries, as well as how friendly and helpful they were. A few other things that have impressed me have been - They have always been completely transparent regarding rates of pay. I have never felt pressured into taking work that I did not want. They have been able to find me long term and day to day work as when I have needed it. They seem to do their best to match me with schools that are in a reasonable travelling distance from home. I have found that I have always been able to have an open and honest conversation with all the staff and that they seem to always have the time to listen and if there is ever any issue that needs resolving, it is dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend joining Red Box if you are looking for day to day or long term supply teaching in London.

Red box is an incredible agency. After just two week of working for them they found the perfect school that suited me to start a full time position in September. The pay rate is the best I have found and all the woman who work there are exceptional at there job and so kind and considerate. This agency has been AMAZING! I had joined with other agencies prior to Red Box, but they did not get me enough work and we're quite dismissive. The people at Red Box work tirelessly to help get you work that fits around your life and specialisms. My interview with Hayley really reassured me, as I've recently relocated to London after 8 years at my previous job, and by that same afternoon I had a weeks work as well as a trial day that has developed into a years PPA cover with booster work. I'm still dumbfounded as it has happened so fast. Karen and Hayley are fantastic and make you feel like you matter, as opposed to just being a resource that is dispatched. The agency definitely has a warm, family feel. The people at Red Box genuinely care. If you want an excellent agency that listens, gets the work you want and makes you feel so at ease; then you won't find a better agency than Red Box!!

I have been working with Redbox for around three months now and my experience with the team has been amazing so far. They are very humble and that shines through, the moment you speak to them. They take very good care of us and are always there to listen. You can call or text them and be sure to have an answer. I still remember talking to Karen via email and she made the whole process so easy, without making anything difficult. I cannot fault anyone in the team they are all so genuine and very down to earth. Its very hard to find people who really care about you, and Redbox definitely invest their time in you. So far, I have been given schools that are very close to home making everyday that little bit easier. I am currently working in a school that I am very happy with as commuting to work is a dream because the local underground station is minutes away from the school. I am very happy with the rate of pay. If you are considering Redbox, don't be put off by the umbrella company as the take home pay will be fair. Just make sure you look at margins etc between the different companies and choose one which suits you best. The amount of work of course will vary depending upon your availability. But before you know it someone from the team will give you a call and you'll be off to work. I can promise you Redbox will be an amazing choice, you will not regret it. I am very proud to be part of the Redbox family, and can assure anyone considering Rebox, that once you become a team member you'll be very happy. There is nothing to lose!
