I applied for Opogo In February and within a month found a placement at a school, they processed my application, helped me to get my DBS, I had many phone calls and zoom chats with them and they stayed in regular contact with me. Mehreen, William and Raj have helped me throughout the process, especially William who stayed in regular contact and was very informative! Many agencies take a long time to find you a placement or sign you up but never find the time to speak to you or inform you as much, opogo is the opposite of that, they have been fantastic, efficient and helpful! I am glad I found my placement and I would highly recommend anyone to this agency, if you are thinking of joining an agency I wouldn’t hesitate to signing up with them.

This agency is the BEST agency I’ve ever come across. Everyone is so lovely so nice and so helpful. I feel at easy asking for help in anything I’m unsure about. As soon as I was cleared to work by Opogo they got me to work straight away ! The next day basically. Amazing agency. I’ll recommend it to anyone.

I have been to many agencies but this is the first agency I have seen so far as soon as you are clear for work they have given me job the next day I highly recommend you for this company and the staffs are really friendly it is my first day joining them and I have so much good stuff to say about them the staffs are really nice and fast with everything with in a day they have got my references back and sent me out to work the next day. The stuffs are amazing please please join this company because they won't disappoint you trust me you will know where I am coming from after you join them

I have just recently started OPOGO . I am doing my undergraduate degree starting at the same time as doing experience on same time. OPOGO have been very nice,Effie isn’t ,fliexible and understanding to work with especially the colleagues . The talent consultant find me work near me ensure I’m comfortable and on my journey ensure I have arrived and faced no difficulty ,which is very polite. I have been dealing with Mehreen and if I have any slightest question I always drop down a question on the OPOGO app and get a message response as soon as possible within the hour which is brilliant and excellent and a great effort of hers. She is very professional and she gives the honest and right advice to me. She showed me how to use the OPOGO APP on zoom which was a useful tool as I was clueless at the start and also gave me useful resources from the community on the app and classes . I would like to recommend this agency to everyone who is looking to have experience in a teaching career path.

This is a very supportive agency , especially for new teachers. I am very pleased for the support,efficiency and generosity. The consultant (Mehreen) is very passionate and always supportive and ready to find solutions. She has secured me bookings at a fantastic school and I couldn't be happier . Even the pay rate is higher and i strongly recommend this agency.

I have been with OPOGO - Thames Teachers - for over two years now, covering daily supply. They have been very good at finding me work but I have to say that before the lock-down I was often given work in schools in the South, whereas I live in the East. This often meant my day started stressfully, as I would have a long journey time and I worried about being late. But once in the school things were usually fine. Recently they have started to offer me work nearer where I live which has been great as no one wants to sit on the Tube for too long these days if they can help it. I like the OPOGO App - the information available in the Community Hub has been very helpful, as well as having the school details. Because my availability is already on the App it means that I don't need to phone each morning - that can be hard for people sometimes as it can feel like begging. OPOGO has taken this stressful factor out of a supply teacher's life. Before the lockdown TT's would often put on CPDs in their offices and I found them very useful but there zoom meetings have been good too. My present Consultants are good. Raj, Karan and Jessica have been helpful and friendly. Previous Consultants have also been good.

I've been with Thames/Opogo for a couple of years now and I'm happy doing day-to-day Secondary supply. The Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. There has always been a good level of work available and the schools are of a high calibre and generally not too far away so that journey times are not a chore first thing in the morning - very important! They clearly have a good relationship with the schools they work with and are very focussed on having an even more positive relationship with the teaching staff on their books. I definitely recommend.

Opogo have been very quick to find me work, and have allowed me to remain very flexible. Lillee was incredibly helpful in getting me started and helping me with sorting an advanced DBS, and Hannah has since found me a very fitting school. Jess has also been very good at keeping in touch and ensuring I am still content. Overall, incredibly satisfied with the service, and would recommend to anyone looking to supply.

Worked with OPOGO for 5 weeks, but got in contact with them over the summer holidays. It provided me sense of security straight after months of lockdown. William and Mehreen were really kind and managed to find me a wonderful school to work for. Excellent open communication, would happily recommend!

Opogo have been amazing! Everyone at the agency have been so supportive, friendly and professional. Raj and Ashley have been absolutely amazing with helping me find work in lovely schools. They have always been there to support me with any issues or questions I may have, all the while catering to my needs. I have had a tremendous experience so far with them and the schools they have provided me with. The agency will definitely be recommended by myself to family and friends who are looking to work in primary and secondary education.

I've been really impressed so far, I've had regular work in good, interesting schools and I've felt supported at every step by Raj and Ashley and indeed everyone else I've talked to. They seem to really care about helping me to achieve my career goals and have done everything I could have asked of them so far. I've been particularly pleased with how proactive they have been with communication, calls and emails are returned quickly, and required action on my part is related quickly and clearly, any required action on their part is done efficiently and honestly. I had been unemployed for a very long period of time till I came across Opogo through my lovely consultant Mehreen, she has provided me outstanding support and guidance to get me working based on the experiences I have but also address and concerns which I may have. Also, Mehreen, Natalie, William and Raj have been there throughout for me by looking out for many opportunities for me and especially during this pandemic they have been doing their very best to help me get back to work. The more I say it is very less but the whole staff of Opogo warmly welcome people into their agency and take a holistic approach to care for their emotional, physical and mental needs. The schools provided by the agency are all fantastic and even if you have any issues opogo are there to help but also the schools are lovely and do their best to help you. I have and would further highly recommend Opogo to other people who would be interested in teaching and educating young minds as this agency provides a caring, trustworthy, friendly and understanding environment. Additionally, the app is very easy to use where you can update your calendar based on your availability, receive job offers but also apply to roles which you may be interested in.

Opogo has been such a lovely agency and the best out of all I've signed up with. The consultants are so lovely and answer any and all your questions regardless of its nature. They were amazing during my onboarding as Mehreen was always available to answer my queries very quickly through phone call and through the app. Ash and Raj were very helpful in setting me up with my first supply role and sent me to a great school which I thoroughly enjoyed. Being a recent graduate with not a lot of work experience the team always kept this in mind and always made sure I was comfortable and even checked up on how I was getting on! Couldn't have asked for a better agency and I'm so excited to continue working with them as they also offer fantastic pay rates! :)

Opogo have been completely amazing. I have had no teaching experience and wanted to get some experience as a TA during the Covid pandemic whilst being out of the acting world/industry. I signed up thinking I'd get nowhere because every school wants someone with experience. But Ashley, Raj and Nichole were so brilliant in finding an appropriate school for me and representing me to the headteacher of the school I'm at now - they got me an interview for the job and I got it! That's just within 1 week of signing up!! They are incredibly supportive and like a little family. The Rate of Pay is fantastic and the school I'm at is wonderful. I've already been recommending them to my friends who are with other agencies that pay less and where they don't feel valued. You absolutely feel valued at Opogo and they call and check in on you after your first day and week and I know they're there if I ever need anything. Thanks so much Ashley, Raj and Nichole - couldn't have done this without you!

My experience at this agency has been amazing. I have dealt with Ashley and Raj, who have both been so helpful, friendly and professional. Both have been in contact to update me at every stage of the process to ensure that I knew what was going on. Within 2 weeks of signing up with the agency, I have secured long term supply work from September. I also love the app which keeps you informed of the progress with your application, lets you search for jobs and shows you your accepted jobs. Would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to find work in schools.
