Justteachers is a leading specialist supplier of teachers, support staff and specialist SEND and SEMH staff into schools, colleges and provisions nationwide. Our continued expansion reflects the high level of service we deliver to our members, our commitment to safeguarding and the support we offer our candidates and clients to ensure they can focus on delivering outstanding education. Our REC gold accreditation means that we provide a risk managed service to both teaching staff and schools.

We have a network of offices across England through which we support schools, colleges and nurseries in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Greater Manchester and the North West, Yorkshire, and Lancashire.

Great agency to work for, Just teachers has given me lots of work and I'm currently in a long term role. They always keep in contact to see how I am doing which makes me feel valued and cared for. I've worked at some great schools so far, Just teachers is always a phonecall away if I have any concerns or issues.

JustTeachers (Midlands) is a good agency for students, newly qualified and experienced professionals to work in formal settings. As they give you a lot of opportunities to go to different schools/colleges. Also, they provide day to day basis work, temporary and long-term contracts/work. Which is beneficial for university students like myself, who can work full time in holidays and then work day to day in term time. I have been with the agency for over two months now and I am really enjoying it because they are supportive, understanding and give you the opportunity to experience different settings. I was recommended by my two university friends who currently works with JustTeachers Midlands and I was able to recommend Just Teachers to a family member, who has now got a job..... Join the family of JustTeachers :)

I haven't work for this agency for long just joined them. But there have been great to me got me in ongoing primary school that Iove every day I have so much fun and im very grateful for this agency. My consultant is Georgia and she has been amazing getting me into a primary school long term nothing trouble for her. She always devilers to my satisfactory.

There is always plenty of work with the chance to choose when and where you want to work. Just Teachers also had the patience to sign me onto their books where other agencies weren't interested because of the extra paperwork/time it would take. (I returned to the UK from living overseas.) Thank you Kim, Gemma and the team who look after me in Coventry.

This is a brilliant agency to work with. I signed up as an NQT a few months ago, the agency immediately gave me schools to do cover work in. They also take into consideration that i do not drive and that i have to use public transport to travel, because of this they are able to match me to schools that are not far for me to travel to. My contact, Tia, is amazing. She's always on the other end of an email or a phone to contact about anything I need to speak to her about which is fantastic.

I am a Coventry university student and I was looking for additional experience in primary school settings. Justteachers have been so helpful, kind and flexible in regards to my university. Working for Justteachers is rewarding and so much fun. They give amazing opportunities in long term roles or just a days worth of work! It is great for people who are at university and wanting a future career with children.

Amazing! From the moment I took the leap 18 months ago and called Just Teachers, Kyle and the team (Coventry) have looked after me incredibly well. Kim & Georgie at Just Teachers Coventry, have been great in finding me jobs in both admin and TA which have been flexible in fitting around my main job and busy lifestyle. Communication is excellent, my work place is well planned and I’ve loved the school time hours. I’ve tried 2 different types of job role at my present school and enjoyed them both. The incentive to recommend staff is very welcomed too, my daughter and friend are now also enjoying their time with Just Teachers. I look forward to taking on further work with Just Teachers in the new academic year
