About Horizon Teachers

At Horizon Teachers, we have been building strong relationships with Primary, Secondary and SEN Schools, Teachers and Support Staff across London and the South East since 2008.

Many of us are former teachers, with extensive experience in Primary, Secondary and SEN education. But regardless of where we’ve come from, we all passionately share one common goal: to enhance children’s education.

We commit to achieving this goal daily, through helping aspiring teachers kick-start their careers and enabling experienced teachers develop into outstanding educators. Our approach is both personalised and holistic, with quality and integrity at the heart of everything we do.

We understand the value of Continuing Professional Development, which is why we offer free, regular training workshops for all our teaching staff. We also offer ongoing support for our schools through solving staffing issues and providing outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

I enjoy working for horizon teachers due to their ability to communicate effectively about job roles available and their relationships with schools allows me to feel prepared when attending the workplace, Will in particular was very helpful as he communicates sufficiently and his enthusiasm allows me to rely on him for work. He sends me all the details of my work and makes me feel very organised.

Horizon Teachers have been so good. Nola especially has been absolutely amazing and she’s a great agent. She’s kind and efficient and always checks up on me and my shifts. My consultant Nola is amazing! She is such a caring and understand person, always listens to your needs of what kind of work/environment you want to work in. Nola always checks in on who ever she is supporting with work and always has 10/10 communication! She is a lovely, kind person and I love that she is my consultant because she is one of the best! I have worked with many agencies in the past and not only until I met Nola I finally got a role in a school that I love and a role that I also love doing. Every team needs someone like Nola <3

I’ve been with this agency for quite a few years now and I have always had regular work. This year, I have been working with Rina a lot; she is fantastic.
