AMAZING agency from day one!! The staff is very friendly and they are always there to support you. I registered with Destination Education in December and since then I've worked almost every available day. They were also very quick to find a long-term job for me. I was with other agencies before, but none of them gave me so much work, Destination Education offers good quality schools, good communication, and good pay. Love working with Destination BEST education agency ever!

DE almost always get me work when I ask for it, and I've been in and out since 2013. Feel like a person rather than a name on a list. Haven't needed multiple agencies in five years.

Conor, in particular, but all staff are VERY helpful. A quick, reliable service which always gets results for all involved. I have already recommended this Agency to teacher friends and will continue to do so!The best Agency in the UK - I have tried my fair share!

Rude, patronising, hostile and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. They lie about the pay and keep pushing their "umbrella company " to receive your pay which is all a con. Constantly give you ultimatums to accept the role or pay or they will find someone else. They try and shut you down when trying to discuss things with them and constant contradictions when speaking to them. You are dealing with salesman or stockbrokers not someone who understands or cares about the profession .

Not a bad little agency. Only wish they got in touch now and then and had more positions in central London.

I have worked for destination for over seven years. They have always provided me with more than enough work in a very competitive market. The team are friendly and understanding of individual and personal circumstances. The team try their best to provide work which fits each individual e.g specific age range that you want to teach, travelling distance etc. Pay rate increases depending on wether you take on long term positions. The rate of pay is higher than most agencies offer however, Ive given 7 stars as I haven't had a pay review for some time. Overall, I would recommend this agency to any potential supply teachers.

Having been a teacher in Ireland for 3 years I was delighted to start working for Destination Education when I moved to London. The whole process of getting me out to work was not only very efficient and professional but also in a friendly manner. They gave me a great variety of schools to suit my needs and have the best rates of pay. Would highly recommend.

I have been working constantly with Destination Education since 2010. They have been able to provide me with long-term teaching position and I found them easy to work with. I would describe them as a relaxed but professional team to work with.

I have only good things to say about Destination. From day 1 they were professional, supportive and helpful. I was at work doing what I love within 2 days, I was paid promptly. The consultants are approachable and efficient and seem to have working relationships with some excellent schools. Thanks to all at Destination & I'll be in touch when I'm back in London

See the negative comments. They reflect my experience of the company. There are glowing reports too. Who wrote those I wonder? There are no indifferent reviews (following this post they might appear) which is what one would expect if all the reviewers were honest.

Very pleased with Destination Education. They found me work consistently at several different schools all the way through to the end of the summer term. I only wish I'd joined them sooner. Neil and Jen are both fantastic people who are friendly, understanding and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks.

This agency is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, RUDE, UNCARING and DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. Couldnt care less about its workers, constantly lying and UNRELIABLE. Would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone and they will drop you without a moment's notice so that they can prey on another unsuspecting person. Not surprised by all the very negative comments here, in fact it accurately sums them up. Rotten to the core. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There are other decent agencies out there.

I can't believe the amount of negative comments on this feed. I am a Teacher with 17 years of experience and have joined many agencies for day to day work within the past four years. I only came across Destination Education last Easter when one of the Primary Schools I was supplying at recommended them. After I had contacted them they were so quick and efficient to get me in for an interview and I was straight out to work within two days. Destinations day to day and long term rate is at least £5 more per day than any other agency I have worked for and everyday I have been available they managed to find me work. If it's day to day or long term work you are looking for I would 100% recommend Destination Education, even though I am only interested in day to day work, they offer me constant long term roles, just in case I still may be interested. I can see comments on here about umbrella companies, but unfortunately most education agencies nowadays do use them, you can always use the route to go through PAYE with Destination.

Edustaff will agree a payment rate with you and then by using an umbrella company they will pay you far far less, for example my rate was £65 per day as a teaching assistant (£325 a week) without any tax and minimal of my own national insurance my weekly payment was £281, around £15 was taken out for national insurance, £14 for the umbrella companies 'fee' and yet this still does not add up! This is because the umbrella company pays you at a minimum wage! Yes that's right not the agreed £65 per day. They then add on a couple of extras to make it look better like holiday pay and expenses, however you will still ALWAYS be paid LESS THAN YOUR AGREED RATE! It's disgusting and unfortunately is still legal at the moment, the umbrella company were paying me minimum wage for 30hours per week (even though I worked more!) it's a con and a disgrace! I would advise against using any company that uses an umbrella company they take almost a third of your wages (without tax!) if you can try as soon as possible to get a contract with the school as you will be paid much much better! Edustaff and any agency using an umbrella company is a CON! They are untrustworthy and do not care about their agency staff, a vile and parasitic company I feel devastated that I ever trusted them and worked under their name!
