Fantastic agency! Kept me busy. Lovely, personable staff. I worked with Nicola (secondary) and she was genuine in her approach to the role and my interests. I experienced a range of schools- some good, some bad. I was never payed to return to a school I didn’t enjoy. Highly recommended.

Excellent agency. I registered with several but Athona shines out and I only accept bookings from them now. They have been absolutely brilliant in matching my strengths to the bookings. Very professional and gave me free classroom management and updated safe guarding training. Highly recommend.

I jave had the pleasure of knowing and working for Athona since Summer 2018. The Brentwood office has always been professional, swift and truly listen to their candidates. I have dealt with other agencues in the past and never felt valued. Athona make you feel valued and ensure your needs are met. Kelly Logsdail at Athona, Brentwood is the most amazing consultant I have ever know. Because of her I am now in a teacherbm training post with a wonderful school and great salary. I never dreamt I could get a post like this. Kelly gave me the opportunitues and encouragement and listened to what I needed. My expectations from Athona were met and them exceeded all the time. Thank you Kelly and Athona for helping me move forward in my career and provide me with great working placements. If Ofsted were rating Athona, they would without a doubt rate it OUTSTANDING.

Athona Education is known to me barely 2 months ago. The Agency is well organised with down to heart teachers who are easily approachable. The staff have listening ears and direct their employees appropriately. In hospitability/ care and customer service they are outstandingly excellent.

Athona are one of the better agencies to work for. I have generally found them to be honest and open about possible assignments and knowledgeable about the schools I have worked in. Rate of pay is normally that of other agencies but Stacey, Carrie, Jessica and Kelly try to be helpful with this issue when they can. They are also very good at finding alternative work if a client cancels at the last moment.
