About Vision Teaching

When we launched in 2007, our founders recognised an opportunity to improve the service provided to supply teachers and schools in London by developing long-term partnerships.

Over the past ten years, Vision Teaching has delivered outstanding support to candidates, expanded and built positive relationships with hundreds of schools, developed efficient processes and maintained industry-leading vetting standards. We now offer our candidates a full range of opportunities; day–to–day supply, guaranteed contracts, long-term bookings and permanent opportunities.

We are especially proud of our reputation for supporting international teachers, particularly those from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Canada. Members of our London based international team visit these countries every year to provide expert advice to candidates, as we value the personal relationships this allows them to build and maintain on arrival.

In recent years Vision Teaching has developed partnerships to invest in properties throughout London. This means that our international teachers can not only lock in a guaranteed job before they arrive in the UK, they can also secure a great place to live with a landlord who genuinely cares about them.

I am very happy to recommend Vision wholeheartedly - massive thanks for all the work over the past couple of years! Frank, in particular, has always looked out and done his best for me. The work has always been there when I've wanted it and they've never sent me to a school I didn't like. Rates of pay are very good and you feel that at Vision they care about you. I am working as a school teacher through Vision for almost a year now and so i am writing this review wholeheartedly to provide an honest and full insight into my experience . My personal consultant from the very beginning , Mr Joe Inglis is a gentleman who has never disappointed .It is for most of us quite a rare thing to encounter in our professional life people with whom we can truly feel that we can confide in ,trust and speak openly about our goals, aspirations , troubles or concerns . Joe and Vision gave me this unique experience and opportunity which has resulted in two enriching assignments that truly constitute a milestone in my professional development . Not enough can be said of course about Joe's personal and professional qualities .His empathy, transparency and efficiency are just a few that really stand out to me. I couldn't recommend him enough and i can only hope that by reading this others get to have an exciting chance with Vision.

After posting my CV on CV-Library. I got a call from Paul Levene from Vision Teaching and he had told me about a possible job that I might me interested in and within a week I had an interview and offered the job. Paul has been absolutely fantastic in speeding up my process so I can start work. Paul has made it so comfortable for me to communicate with him. Can you believe this. I am two weeks old in the UK and one day I flight my CV on CV-Library. The following morning Paul Levene phones me and within an hour he has organised an interview with the head of a school. An hour later, I have been offered the job. This is absolutely amazing. I have never seen such efficiency. Talking to this gentleman makes you feel at easy and is very professional in his approach. Keep it up Paul, you are good at your job.

I recently returned to Vision in September and have been amazed by their professionalism. There are a lot of opportunities for work which is reassuring. I am now under Oluseun - a master at his trade! He has been fantastic. Quick to resolve any queries, efficient and professional. Vision teaching is a great place to work as agency teacher. My consultant Paul Levene has been fantastic in providing the necessary support and has enabled me to be at my best in working as Maths teacher with designated schools and in one to one tutoring with individual clients assigned by council working with Vision Teaching. Vision Teaching is the best agency! I worked with other agencies but only Vision has proved to be perfect in every sense. They are incredible well organised and honest. After maternity I didn't even need to join other agencies as Ryan and Alan kept me busy whenever I could work. I never had a negative experience in their schools. I feel very lucky I found them. I am happy to recommend Vision Teaching as a good agency. They try really hard to secure you as much work as you want. Always friendly and helpful. They do push the boundary a bit with distance but it’s always your choice whether to accept a booking or not . Pay is a bit lucrative, some variation but guess that’s normal! The pay is always on time. ADAM P is a great agent. Worked with him at another agency - so known him a few years.
