We are a team of teachers committed to inspiring better education. We place teachers in roles all over London across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs.

We strive to provide a ‘small agency’ feel with ‘big agency’ options. That’s why we work in teams, each looking after a small group of schools so that it stays personal (speak to who you want, when you want!), but all sharing a large pool of candidates so that it’s always quality.

My experience with Vibe has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive! I have worked with the company as a supply teacher since November 2023. Since then, my consultants, Bronte, Sarah and James, from the Brown team have gone above and beyond everyday to find me work. All three have made such an effort to get to know me and match me to the lovely schools in my area that are suited to me. They are always warm and friendly and start my day on a positive note! One point of difference from other agencies is that Vibe consultants are all teachers or past teachers themselves. They understand the needs and struggles of teacher life, provide helpful background knowledge on each of the schools, and take the time to listen your experience. Another aspect that sets them apart is that you get the sense that Vibe really cares about their teachers. The team was so welcoming when I was invited in to the office during my recruitment and induction. They connect you with other teachers and run teacher parties and events throughout the year, as well as checking in with you as an individual on day to day basis. Thank you Vibe, highly recommend!

Vibe are amazing! Everyone in the office is super friendly and easy to talk to! They are very flexible and accomodating and are always able to work around my scheduled time off to find me consistent work as a supply teacher!

Jack from Red Team was extremely helpful with the lead up to my move overseas. I decided I was going to move at the start 2023 then plans changed and I moved the following year. We had check in chats throughout 2023 and he had information for me about the company and documents I needed. He also would answer any questions I had. Before I arrived Jack had all made sure all my documents were in order so I could start teaching ASAP. I then moved to (Green) team due to location and met Becky, who has also been amazing ! She found me work within my area around 20-40 minutes away which has made work, life balance easy ! Both are so lovely and accomodating. Vibe also has social nights where you can meet other teachers and reconnect with teachers you’ve met out when teaching!

Vibe are amazing! They have been incredibly professional, honest and direct about policies and contracts etc from the start. They have plenty of work and are super efficient at assigning teachers. They are very proactive and will call/text often to check in with how work is. The whole experience working with Luke and Ruby on Yellow team has been great, they are super friendly and I know I could always call on them. They are super helpful and always positive without being forced. The schools have been great and vibe really care about making the right matches. Truly excellent all round.

Love the vibe!! They have the most supportive and professional consultants. I love the fact that they check in on the first day of the week to see how they're doing and at the end of each week. There is a lot of work available based on your requirement and the pay is good. Special thanks to Rachel, Romona from the Gold team and Joe, Kavitha from the Peach team. They're all superstars!!! Grateful for all the opportunities and support they've provided. Vibe is the best agency in London. I would highly recommend them.

I spent 2023 in London and Vibe were able to secure work for me from the day I joined them. I focus on SEND teaching and they placed me regularly in a series of special needs schools (K to 12) within a reasonable journey time from where I lived. I found the team at Vibe (Eoin, Ashleigh, Ruby, Peta and Luke) to be prompt, responsive, professional and friendly in their communication with me. I enjoyed meeting the teachers and students in the various schools I was sent to, and overall it gave me a great feel for the parts of London that tourists don't get to see. I am happy to recommend Vibe to any other teachers looking for part-time or long term work in the London area.

I worked for Vibe Teacher recruitment for three years in London. I would not recommend Vibe to any teacher looking to find work. I worked in a wonderful school near Baker Street more regularly than any other school in London. On multiple occasions I asked XXXXXXXXX (then head of red team, now head of performance at Vibe) why suddenly there was no work for me in that particular school anymore. He said they did not need me. I bumped into the head teacher of that school on the street one day and she asked why I wasn't available anymore. She said she had always asked for me but XXXXX would say I wasn't available and that he had been teaching in her school instead of me. XXXXXX lied to me on multiple occasions; he lied to the head teacher too. I was available but he chose to teach there instead. There are many excellent teaching agencies in London Vibe is not one of them.

On 8th March 2021 is the first time i stepped into Vibe teaching recruitment. since this moment I can laudly say that it is the best. Why? Because I have been working with 6 teaching agencies and I may be able to make the comparison. Nowadays ,schools are struggling to retain teachers and more than ever recruiter agencies are the key. Vibe is the best, they have found the right schools for me. They have been able to break the wall of my shyness and to reveal my best teaching skills that belong to my person. The staff team at Vibe is really supportive. As a teacher new to supply teaching work, the Purple Team in particular has really helped me and found me some lovely schools to work in. I also love the fact that the staff team also teach in their schools when required too, so they know first hand what each school is like and the person that would be the best match for it. Highly recommend Vibe to anyone thinking of supply teaching.

Vibe have been incredible in helping me get set up as a teacher over here in the UK. I was a teacher back home in New Zealand but wanted to take a step back while I found my feet in London and decided to work as a teaching assistant. Vibe ran an information evening which gave a really great insight into what teaching assistants roles look like over here. Sophie was amazing and helped me get all my paperwork in place and made the process so easy. She then passed me on to the Green Team (Tess, Scott, Becky), who found me a job in the same borough I was living which made commuting so easy. Scott and Tess would regularly check in with me and I felt really well supported while starting this new role. Overall, I was just so impressed with their amazing and constant communication. I was so well looked after and can’t speak more highly about them! They also know how to throw a great social event.

I had a great experience working with Vibe and in particular Christie and Phil from the Pink Team! Not only were they super approachable when it came to me not being able to go to work because of sickness but also extremely compassionate and caring. They were continually checking up on me to see if I was okay (which is such a nice experience to have when you are sick in another country) and showed genuine concern. They always had my best interest when advocating for me in terms of pay rates and communicated excellently in every situation. I especially loved how they have a team member walk you into the school on your first day. It was such a nice touch that I wasn't expecting and made the transition into teaching in a new country/ school a whole lot easier. I can't fault this agency and will definitely be coming back to this agency when I am back in London! Thanks, Christie and Phil, you are the best!

Couldn’t recommend vibe enough as a teaching agency. Too the stress out of moving to London and finding a job. Huge shoutout to Christie and the pink team who have been great everyday communicating with me and ensuring that my needs are met. Vibe has also has great social area which helps you form friends in a new city.
