Been working with sooo many agencies and none of them managed to find me local supply work in two years let alone help me find permanent/long term work. So when I moved to Tower Hamlets I heard from a friend that Redbox allocated day to day supply at very local schools and within a couple of months I found the perfect school to work in for long term! I’ll be honest even though the pay was less than my other agencies, it has been so rewarding to work with Redbox and getting to know the team without any complaints.

Red Box was recommended to me by a teacher I met at a school on a supply day. The agency I was with was sending me quite a distance and work was not regular enough, plus they made promises and guarantees that simply were not true, especially when I said I would be registering with Red Box. Since then I have had as much work as I want, close to my home and the team are absolutely lovely to work with. They are honest, thoughtful and genuinely caring. I am so very glad I became one of the Red Box family and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent agency (I have already done so...)

I have been working with this agency for over a year now and they really are a lovely team of people to work with. I am often asked about my experience of supply teaching and have no hesitation in recommending them. I have found both longer term full-time, as well as day to day, work via Redbox. Lately I am fitting the odd day of supply work around another job and study and Redbox cater to my need for flexibility and freedom perfectly.

I have really enjoyed working with Redbox. They are all really friendly, understanding and patient, especially Hayley. I am able to choose how many days I work and even if I reject a job, I would still receive alternatives. I have only been with Redbox for a few months but I can definitely see myself working with them for a long time.

Redbox is so far the best that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with: they not only work in the best interest of their schools but also have their staffs’ best interest at heart. I have mostly interacted with Hayley, Dee and Max - fantastic team! They have brilliant communication, are forever helpful, very understanding and super approachable. I worked with Red Box for the best part of a year and they were exceptional. Always on hand to help with any issues at any time.
