I registered with ANZUK in November. It is now May and I have had three and a half days of work. They have asked me to call up every morning to advise that I am available for work, but I NEVER get called back. A really, really disappointing experience. It’s a good job my husband is working, becasue otherwise I would not be able to afford to live!
Don’t waste your time with this agency. If you are looking for professionalism, honesty and reliability this is absolutely the wrong one. Firstly, they were very eager to register me, promising me work but instead I ended up with nothing, i wasted money and time with them; after continually requesting the required paper work, they always found something extra that they were missing and they used this as an excuse to postpone a job opportunity till ‘tomorrow’. There are heaps of better agencies in London, use them if you don’t want to regret your teaching experience in London.
Their ‘no bull’ policy is a load of bull!
I would not trust this company and did not like the way they approached attempting to register me. Firstly, I did not give them my details, they bought them off another company I registered with. Secondly, they promise great rates of pay, yet I was forced to negotiate with them, only to find out that their BASE rate was what I was negotiating for.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Do not register with this agency. They will promise you the world and will fail to deliver on it. They expect you to call in every morning only to be told “you’re at the top of the list” and never get a call back for work.
I am now with another 3 agencies who are much more reliable and have been getting me out working in schools every single day. They also pay more! ANZUK is small in comparison to other agencies with hardly any schools on their books. I also found that the schools they do work with are very rough. The staff don’t really go out of their way to be helpful either.

Got me work as soon as I moved to the UK. Good at helping me to set up banking, etc. Not the biggest of agencies and some of their schools are either out of London or quite rough. However that said, I did get regular work at a school that I enjoyed going to.
